    Once your form is submitted:

     

    • I review your information

    • Identify whether you need monthly bookkeeping, catch-up, cleanup, or add-ons

    • Follow up with recommended next steps

    If we’re a good fit, I’ll let you know what the onboarding process looks like.

  • Onboarding & Access

    After moving forward:

     

    • You’ll receive clear instructions on what access or documents are needed

    • We’ll get your accounts connected and organized

    • Your client folder and workflow are set up

    Everything is handled in a secure and structured way.

  • Monthly Bookkeeping Begins

    Once onboarding is complete:

     

    • Transactions are categorized

    • Accounts are reconciled

    • Monthly financial reports are prepared

    • Questions are answered clearly and consistently
